  1. Sadly the main graphic in this Sunday Times article is wrongly described. Whilst there may well be 24,000 offices in England that are still F or G rated for their energy performance certificate, there is no requirement at present for these to be upgraded in energy terms , unless whoever is occupying the building alters. It is only the granting of a new lease that triggers mandatory action by landlords.
