The writer states that “Belgium, which outlawed plug-in solar devices over fears of having unregistered systems feeding into the grid, will lift its ban.” It would be helpful to know when it is anticipated that this perverse restriction will be altered ? Past experience is that such a volte face never actually gets implemented until much time has passed.
