A 6% increase in air travel seems a small price to pay for saving the climate, but unfortunately, it is not that simple: airplanes emit vapur, particles and NOx in high altitude, together controbution twice as much to climate change that CO2 (measureds in GWP*100 metrics), som even fully carbon neutral aviation fuel is not a good climate solution. Less flying is the safe way forward.
