  1. Why isn’t there a ( negative) award each year for the most consistently energy irresponsible public authority in the world? But would Alberta now just keep winning such an award?

    1. At the climate conferences, the Climate Action Network (CAN) has the fossil of the day of the country not pulling its weight in the negotiations. There needs to be an award as you suggest. I wish it would be only Alberta but I fear there are simply too many others causing endless problems.
