  1. Rod the IPCC has a definition of technology that includes software and orgware as well as hardware. The management of energy is in the definitions. But what I understood from the IIEC years back they referred to hardware being 20% of the solution the balance is management and behaviour!

    1. Thanks for this Steve. This helps understand more. Curious that they actually came up with 20% for technology. Right now we are readying that the US needs technology breakthroughs to make their long-term near zero targets. We’ll see.
