  • Check out Yamina Saheb’s new blog on the IEA Sustainable Buildings Centre website. Ah, for us all to have the dream . . .
  • Congratulations to Erica Hope for the years of good work on energy efficiency she put in at Climate Action Network Europe.  Erica will be joining the European Climate Foundation’s Energy Strategy Centre in Brussels in mid February.
  • At the January 24-25 IEA roundtable on the macroeconomic benefits of energy efficiency, Skip Laitner of ACEEE in Washington created a buzz in the room when he mentioned that the US is 86 per cent “inefficient” (Europe is not much better) and that it is now time to “think deep.
